As I complete my graduate education in Marriage & Family Therapy, Harbor Family offers family coaching and education—not counseling or psychotherapy. My passion for serving families is shaped by years of experience supporting children across home, school, and community settings, including work as an Associate Behavior Technician and in early childhood and special education classrooms.
My hope is that every family I serve leaves feeling more equipped, more encouraged, and more confident to build a home marked by grace, peace, and faith in Christ.

Hi, I'm Sarah! My passion is helping families build homes where faith, peace, and connection can flourish. Alongside my graduate studies in Marriage & Family Therapy, I've spent years working with children and families in behavioral, educational, ministry, and recreational settings. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the unique joys and challenges that families - especially those raising children with autism and developmental disabilities - navigate every day.
